ADVANCING WORKFORCE EQUITY: Diversity, inclusion, cultural competency, and equity are core values of the Loop Lab.  These values drive our mission to empower minority talent in careers in the creative economy through job training. As an anti-racism, and anti-sexism organization, we strive to provide a learning and working community that is free from discrimination, harassment and bigotry, which are antithetical to our values.

Although founded by minorities explicitly for the empowerment of minorities and other underrepresented people in the audio/video industry, the Loop Lab invites all people who share our values to join us in support of our mission.
